Manal Corwin is the Director, Centre for Tax Policy & Administration at the OECD. She was formerly principal-in-charge of KPMG LLP’s Washington National Tax. She recently served as national service line leader for International Tax as well as principal in charge—International Tax Policy for KPMG's Washington National Tax practice.
