Monica’s practice includes all aspects of corporate income tax with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. She has developed extensive experience in the use of exchangeable shares in the context of cross-border mergers, areas of inbound corporate financing and leasing as a form of financing. She has also been involved in tax litigation matters involving the general anti -a
