Danielle E. Rolfes joined the Treasury Department in August 2011 as the Deputy International Tax Counsel, and has served as the International Tax Counsel since September 2012. The Office of the International Tax Counsel is the principal legal adviser to the Deputy Assistant Secretary (International Tax Affairs) and the Assistant Secretary (Tax Policy) on all aspects of international tax policy,
