This session, from TEI’s Mastering Consolidated Returns: A Comprehensive Overview for Tax Professionals course, will explore the treatment of tax attributes such as net operating losses (NOLs), net built-in gains (NUBIG), and net built-in losses (NUBIL) within a U.S. consolidated group. Attendees will examine loss limitation rules applicable to consolidated groups.
